Listen, I get it. It’s way in the past and you’ve processed and moved on, but your body keeps the score. Those silent stings when something reminds you of a past event, the startle response of a current event that takes you back, the uneasy feeling of being around a familiar smell. It’s ok to get help to close the loop on past traumas. You’re not alone.

Hello friends and family!
I have been working on a little side project: my own practice! As a LMSW I do require a supervisor and huge shout out to Tammy (LCSW) for continuing to support my career working towards my clinical license.

If you are in Idaho and know of someone needing services please send them my way. I do not currently work with insurance but I am offering a sliding scale. Because we are in Nevada, I am providing Telehealth services only at this time. Send me a message and we can talk about payment options and scheduling.
