Happiest of birthdays Ellie girl. It’s hard to believe that just a few short years ago we were working on eating and now look at you!! You can eat anything and everything and enjoy all the cupcakes and sweets.

Our second new employee is Ashlee!! Here is a little info about Ashlee.

Ashlee earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Radford University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNC Wilmington. She is currently completing her clinical fellowship here at Little Voices as she works toward full licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Ashlee has always been passionate about early intervention and grew to love working with children on the autism spectrum. She believes that everyone communicates differently and enjoys collaborating with parents and guardians to find the best strategies for each child’s unique needs!

Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Ashlee was mainly raised on the outskirts of Charlotte, spent time in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains for work and school, and now calls Charlotte home again.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, traveling whenever possible, stand-up paddleboarding, and spending time with her fiancé and bunny, Ziti.

Have you seen two new faces around the clinic lately?? Yes!?! We’ve hired two new therapists! I will do an intro post for each!

Katie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2023 and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2024, both from Elizabethtown College. Her clinical fieldwork experience includes preschool, K-8 school, and inpatient rehab hospital settings. Katie loves to incorporate play and creativity into her therapeutic interventions to help her clients reach their goals.
Katie grew up in Pennsylvania and recently moved to North Carolina to start her OT career! Outside of work, she enjoys going for runs, exploring thrift stores, and spending time outside.
