Want to have better quality sleep and fall asleep easier? Go for a morning walk and get early morning sunshine on your face and eyes. Try to avoid wearing sunglasses during this time. This will help shift your circadian rhythm and improve your sleep. 🛌 💤 then always try to avoid artificial light one hour before bed, Especially blue light from devices. This helps your melatonin activate. Why does a physical therapist care about your sleep quality? Because Sleep is important for so many thing including: mood, muscle tension, nervous system resilience to stress, brain fog, chronic pain, and even memory! 🧠 I always discuss sleeping patterns with my patients and it’s one of our first goals to improve.
