We are looking for a part-time bilingual Medical Assistant to back office for our busy urgent care with room to grow. Professional, Intelligent, friendly, polite,confident , takes initiative, excellent costumer service and a good attitude is essential, team player, a must! Clinical Medical Assistant Certificate ,good knowledge of general back and front office procedures, such as
Clerical duties,answering and making phone calls, data entry, operate facsimile/copier, verify insurance, collect co pays, scanning, assemble patient forms, typing speed of 40 WPM
Performing venipuncture and other in house/procedures
Administering injections/immunizations, blood collection
Triage patients, clean and stock, Operate EKG machine, taking manual vitals
Knowledge of basic math
Good comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology in English and Spanish.
Follows directions, exhibits time management, quick learner
Flexible availability weekends and evenings
