Our residents are keeping fit and feeling great with the help of weekly yoga classes led by Stacey, energizing morning stretch sessions, and some friendly competition during our weekly racquetball games.

It’s inspiring to see everyone moving, laughing, and supporting each other while prioritizing their wellness. Way to go, everyone! 🧘‍♀️
