Can’t stress this enough! We can not out exercise a bad diet. Punishing ourselves through exercise with poor eating habits only strains our relationships with both food and physical activity.

One of my favorite go to meals for a Saturday where I want to eat a high volume of food without all the calories 💁🏻‍♀️

Cauliflower pizza crust
G Hughes Sugar free BBQ sauce
Low fat mozzarella cheese
Broccoli slaw (shredded red cabbage, broccoli & carrots)
Turkey breast

Usually, I put the Turkey at the bottom but I almost forgot it 😬😬

I think this would be really good with feta, pineapple & shredded chicken! Maybe I’ll give that a try this Saturday 💁🏻‍♀️

Bed time snack?! Yes, please!!

1 Keebler Ready Crust Mini- graham cracker
1 scoop of fruity cereal protein powder mixed with a small amount of coconut milk
A handful of raspberries
Put it in the freezer to thicken the protein while I did my bedtime routine.
Had a delicious protein snack before bed!
I didn’t have any fats left over at the end of the day, or I would have added some peanut butter.

Quick yummy little breakfast this morning!
I was on the go for a busy day...
2 Kodiak Blueberry waffles went into the air fryer...
In the meantime, I mixed a scoop and a half of fruity cereal protein powder with a small amount of coconut milk to use as my syrup.
After the waffles were done, I put one in a bowl, spread 32 grams of Justin’s honey peanut butter blend, poured half of my protein mixture in and placed the second waffle on top.
I then added 100 grams of blueberries, the remainder of the protein mix and sprinkled some Hungry Buddha coconut strips on top.
Super delicious, nutritious and all under 15 mins 🙌🏼

What did you do to set yourself up for success this week?!
Meal prepping is a great way to ensure that you stay on track with your nutritional needs!
1. It keeps you accountable. If your meals are already made for the week, you are less likely to buy something or eat something outside of your macros.
2. When we aren’t prepared for each day, it’s easy to grab fast food as an option. Even in places where you can order a few healthy alternatives, being exposed to the not so great choices daily, may make it easier to eat things that take us further from our goals.

Summer is right around the corner and most of us want to soak up the rays. Grill your proteins & veggies to get some extra time outdoors.
Commit one day to get all your cooking done for the week.
My schedule is pretty busy and by meal prepping every single week- I save a lot of time. I get more time with my puppies and with friends and a little more time outdoors. 🖤

Quick little breakfast before a busy day!

Blueberry kodiak waffles- threw 2 in the air fryer. Grabbed some Muscle Tech Grassfed vanilla protein, added a little milk- mixed it up.

Once the waffles were done- i put one at the bottom of the bowl. Added half the protein mixture, 100 grams of fresh blueberries, 1 serving of Smuckers peanut butter, put 2nd waffle on top and poured remainder of protein over waffles.
Breakfast under 10 mins!

“I don’t have the time, energy or patience to track food.”
But... what if I told you it can be way simpler than you’d imagine?!
It’s true, macro counting is a lot of work. For higher level athletes, physique athletes and for those who are performance driven; precise macro counting is needed. For those interested in a healthier lifestyle, losing some weight or just wanting to feel better, there is a much simpler approach.
I use the hand portion guide for my clients. Together, we can choose how many meals they prefer to eat in a day, what their goals are (fat loss, maintaining weight, gaining weight) and construct a plan to reach those goals.
Precision nutrition provides me with fantastic visual guides for my clients along with an amazing daily tracker that can be easily hung on your fridge, put in your lunch box, etc.

Exciting news! I am using an excellent app and platform for my nutrition clients that makes check ins, correspondence with me and tracking progress super easy! I'm EVEN MORE excited to announce that I am offering online fitness programming! During these uncertain times, many people have furnished their own homes with gym equipment. Some people just aren't ready to head into gyms just yet. I've also heard a lot of feedback from people that they become unmotivated or are unsure what to do each day. Well, I can take the guess work out of it! I can program workouts based on your equipment list and the styles of workouts you'd prefer to do. Each workout will accompany video links for instruction. You can correspond your times with me, difficulties or feedback from the workout and mark it as completed.
I took a few screen shots from my own account for an example.
If you're interested in fitness and nutrition programming, message me for details! I've been waiting to pull the trigger on this and I'm so excited to launch it! Prices will be listed tomorrow and on our website!
