Most people focus on the face…
but the neck is often where hormonal skin changes show first.
During perimenopause and menopause, declining estrogen reduces oil production faster in the neck than the face. This can lead to dryness, texture, and crepey skin.
Which is exactly why I always remind clients:
Treat the neck like an extension of the face.
Save this if you’re navigating perimenopausal skin changes.
