Sports Physical Nights!⚽️🏀🏈⚾️🎾🏐⛳️

This summer our student & staff volunteers have been visiting local high schools to provide free sports physicals at back-to-school nights! We are so thankful to represent Near West Free Clinic and support the local student athletes.

A very big thank you to Dr. Jeremy Jones for being our volunteer provider at all of the sports physical nights so far! 👏🏼
