Job Title: Onsite Office Manager (Part Time)

Job Description:

As an Onsite Office Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure efficient administrative support for a non-medical homecare agency. You will work closely with the management team to maintain smooth workflow and provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of the Medicare waiver program, Medicare regulations, and experience in non-medical homecare requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Office Management:
2. Provide excellent customer service to clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
3. Staff Support.
4. Compliance and Regulations.
5. Financial Management

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with the Medicare waiver program, Medicare regulations, and non-medical homecare requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and equipment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes is a plus.
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations.
