We partner with Nyla and Rise Wellness of Indiana to help connect our clients with affordable and client-centered medication management. With insurance premiums increasing for many, this would be a great opportunity to provide yourself consistent and predictable care!

I’m now offering a $45/month mental health membership for adults needing ongoing medication management. It includes one follow-up every 3 months, secure portal support, and predictable pricing. New patients: $200 down plus $45/month. Established patients: $45/month. Additional visits are $100 and therapy can be added for $90. ADHD testing remains separate and billed à la carte. This option is ideal for those who are uninsured, have high deductibles, or want steady care without surprise costs. I remain committed to accessible, affirming mental health support for all.

🚨 Feeling sluggish, disconnected, or overwhelmed? 🚨

You might be experiencing a dorsal vagal state, a natural "shutdown" response of your nervous system when it perceives high stress or threat. The good news? Gentle movement can be a powerful way to help your nervous system "come back online" and shift into a more regulated state.

Here's why movement helps:
✳️ Signals Safety: Slow, rhythmic movements signal to your body that you're safe and not in immediate danger.
✳️ Releases Tension: Physical activity helps release pent-up tension and energy associated with the dorsal vagal response.
✳️ Increases Body Awareness: Gentle movement brings you back into your body, fostering a sense of presence and connection.
✳️ Stimulates the Vagus Nerve: Specific types of movement, like gentle stretching, walking, or rocking, can directly stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in regulating your nervous system.

Try this:
✳️ Take a slow, mindful walk, paying attention to the sensations in your body.
✳️ Gently sway or rock back and forth.
✳️ Do some slow, deep stretches.
✳️ Engage in a calming movement practice like yoga or Tai Chi.

✨ Empower yourself with vagus nerve exercises! Simple techniques like deep breathing, humming, and mindful movement can activate this nerve, communicating safety to your system and helping to reduce stress responses.
