Sometimes it’s about noticing what the past year asked of you — what helped, what hurt, and what you needed to get through it.

A few gentle prompts to reflect on:

😵‍💫 What felt draining or overwhelming?
⚖️ What do you want more (or less) of this year?

There’s no right way to reflect, and no rush to have answers. Growth can be slow, quiet, and still meaningful. 🪴
