Crying is and can be a positive thing! It's understandable if you may initially may think it's not, but crying can help us through our emotions, self soothe and regulate or calm down. Learning to sit with uncomfortable or inconvenient feelings is important and the perspective we have around them is too. Don't be afraid to lean into it!
