Around the world, more countries are recognising what the science has shown for decades: children learn best through safety, connection, and guidance — not fear.
That’s why physical punishment has been made illegal in many places, to protect children’s developing brains and nervous systems.
These laws aren’t about blaming parents.
They’re about shifting culture, understanding behaviour, and supporting healthier ways to teach and guide children.

Countries where spanking has been made illegal include:
Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland
Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy
Ireland, Scotland, Wales
Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria
New Zealand, Australia (all states)
Brazil, Colombia, Peru
Japan, South Korea, Mongolia

Stop waiting for life to get easier. It won't. But that doesn't matter anymore.

Here is the truth about the last 36 months: It was a training arc. It was ugly, exhausting, and often unfair. But if you are reading this, you survived it.

And because you survived it, you have evolved.

Think about the person you were in 2023. Could that version of you handle the pressure you handle today? Probably not.

2023 exposed your weaknesses.

2024 forced you to adapt.

2025 sharpened your focus.

2026 is the year of ex*****on.

The friction you felt wasn’t trying to stop you; it was creating traction. You haven't just been "going through it"—you’ve been leveling up. You are walking into the new year with armor that you forged in the fire of your worst days.

Success in 2026 won’t be an accident. It will be the inevitable result of a person who refused to stay down. The lock is finally turning, not because the key changed, but because your hand is steady enough to turn it.

Let’s get to work.
