Baby, it’s cold outside! 🥶

We usually save our famous Irish Stew for St. Patrick’s Day. But when you wake up, and it’s minus five degrees, you don’t wait for a holiday...you start cooking!

There is nothing quite like a warm, nutrient-dense meal to fuel your body and comfort your spirit during the winter months. This recipe is proof that healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated.

🍲 The "Super Simple" Irish Stew:

It is incredibly easy to make. Here is the breakdown of the whole-food goodness going into the pot:

Protein: 2 lbs of beef stew meat.
Root Veggies: 2 lbs of potatoes and 1 lb of carrots.
Flavor Base: 1 lb of onions and about a pound of celery.

👩‍🍳 The Method: Bake your meat first for 30min-1hr with gunniess and desired seasoning. For the vegetables, keep it rustic! Cut your onions and veggies into 1-inch chunks...the bigger, the better. Drop everything in the water, add your spices (kitchen bouquet is a must!), and let it simmer for about an hour and 30 minutes until the meat is tender.

The finished product? So yummy and good for the soul.
