This is what preventative health and optimal aging look like in action! We love this workout because it’s amazing for helping with the strengthening of the knees.
It’s not just climbing; it's a full routine:
Set 1: Single steps all the way up.
Set 2: Double steps.
Set 3: A mix of singles, doubles, and facing outward/inward.
Plus... Eric makes us do pushups halfway through.
Today’s grand total: 90 flights across six different stairwells in 52 minutes.
