Go inside, remove wet or tight clothing and replace with warm dry clothing. If you’re using water, use warm water. Do NOT use hot water.

🏥 Get medical help if you notice:
- Skin is white, gray, or bluish
- Skin feels hard, waxy, or numb
- Severe pain after rewarming
- Blisters form
