This means I am under supervision by a licensed marriage and family therapist and am able to charge at a reduced rate. Essentially two therapist for the price of one! Are you struggling with relational issues, life transitions, anxiety, or depression? It would be my honor to journey alongside with you and help you navigate these life experiences. I enjoy working with a diverse group of couples, individuals, and families. I believe therapeutic goals are best met when done in a safe judgement free environment. Therefore, it is my to priority to create a space were folks can be authentic to who they are. I do this by holding close to your words and stories and allow the time we spend together to be uniquely tailored for your needs! I seek to promote new ways of having conversations with yourself, partner, or family. I am a self-pay provider that offers in-person sessions and teletherapy at a reduced rate.
