accessABILITY is disability rights organization providing free services in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. We provide individuals and organizations with the tools necessary to foster a community of acceptance, respect, and inclusion.

The result: Our communities are enriched through the full participation of ALL PEOPLE.

We are: Disability Led: No less than 51% of our staff and board are people with disabilities.

Consumer Driven: We work at the direction of the people with disabilities who we serve and affirm their right to control the decisions that affect their lives.
