Yesterday we had the chance to table at the Marian University Social Science Fair! It was fantastic to meet with students, staff, and members of the community. AJ, an alumni of Marian, was able to build connections and get folks engaged with volunteer and outreach opportunities.

Happy World Social Work Day 🌎💗

Today we’re celebrating Rhiannon, our Associate Director of Recovery Café & Operations, and Alyssa, our Café Resource Manager. These two are incredible social workers who bring so much care, compassion, and intention into our space each day.

Through advocacy, resource connection, and genuine relationship-building, they help create a community where people feel seen, supported, and valued. They meet people where they are, show up with empathy, and help make recovery feel possible and sustainable.

We’re so grateful for the heart, dedication, and consistency you both bring to this work and to our community. Thank you for all that you Alyssa and Rhi! Today and every day 💗
