Kreation Residential Services is looking for passionate people with or without experience as a Direct Support Professional. For those of you with experience, you already know how rewarding it can be.....for those of you with no experience, you don’t need experience, only a passion for helping others. What is a Direct Support Professional?

A Direct Support Professional performs a variety of tasks related to the care of clients served by KRS.

What would I be doing?

Some duties include client supervision and care, crisis management, promoting appropriate social behaviors, and supporting clients in achieving their maximum potential.

Where would I work with clients?

For this particular role, you could work at various locations throughout the metro Indianapolis area in client home's.

What are the hours?

1st shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
3rd shift (11:00 pm -7:00 am)
Weekend (7:00 am - 11:00 pm / Sat & Sun)
(* Preferred shift may not be available at time of application.)

Responsibilities

Effectively respond to and manage crisis situations
Consistently implement behavior management plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors
Promote and assist with the development of daily living, self-help and social skills
Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment
Conduct and supervise recreational and life enrichment activities
Complete required documentation daily, in a professional manner
