Meg graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City with a Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders. In Missouri, she served the pediatric population in several settings, including school district early childhood programs, a therapeutic preschool, and Missouri’s First Steps program.
In 2017, Meg moved from Kansas to Indiana and joined the PSA team. She is passionate about early childhood development and literacy in the birth-3 population. Her favorite part of working in early intervention is empowering families by providing strategies to embed language in daily routines, creating an optimal environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive at home. She prides herself on her ability to prioritize play, using toys and other materials already present in a family’s home. You’ll often hear her joke that she has a Ph.D. in books, blocks, and bubbles - her favorite therapy materials!
Alongside her husband, Adam, Meg lives on a homestead on the west side of Hendricks County where she homeschools their daughters Sadie Grace and Emma Jean. Together, they love spending time hiking, camping, gardening, baking, and playing games. They also enjoy raising pigs and chickens and are always in search of their next farm project!
