While many are setting goals and intentions for a fresh beginning and a new year, it is perfectly acceptable to prioritize rest and reflection. Follow the Light within and not what the outside is pressing upon you.
January in Indiana is a natural time to honor the stillness of the season ... just as Mother Nature is … allow your body, mind, and spirit to recharge. Gather your energy.
