Warrior III with a weighted row combines balance, strength & postural training into one move & is programmed for Functional Fitness this month with options for wherever you are.

Stop 1 - kickstand your back leg for support
Stop 2 - hover your back leg for balance
Stop 3 - take off into Warrior III pose

This one move…
- challenges single-leg balance, improving ankle, knee & hip stability
- targets the glute & hamstring of the working leg
- reinforces a strong hip hinge, essential for daily movement
- helps correct side-to-side strength imbalances
- engages the core
- requires focus, coordination & controlled breathing

Start with lighter weights than you’d use for a standard row & come take class to give it a go!
