was created nearly ten years ago as a balm to business as usual in the mental health field. A place where people could arrive as they are and feel at ease. A place grounded in mutual aid, collective care, and the belief that healing occurs when we nourish, not extract.

Our Mental Health Relief Fund was born during the pandemic and in the wake of the murder of George Floyd. It became another vehicle toward our commitment of making affirming, consistent therapy accessible to people who have been systematically underrepresented. A clear message that you belong here, regardless of economic status and in celebration of identity.

Our income-based sliding scale ranges from $75–150, but the Mental Health Relief Fund allows folks facing financial hardship and systemic barriers to pay as little as $5 per session. In 2025 alone, we subsidized over $36,000 in care through this fund. This year we’re going to far exceed that number as social supports like insurance coverage become unattainable for many.

All of this is possible because of people like you.

A recurring gift of $5 or $10 truly matters. Every dollar goes directly toward subsidizing therapy for someone in our community. It feels good to give, it changes lives to receive, and it ripples outward into our communities.

We could all use a little more love.

In December alone, Irvington Counseling Collective helped cover $3,500 in mental health counseling, making more than 150 therapy sessions possible for neighbors in our community who were facing financial and safety barriers to care.

Every dollar donated to ICC goes directly to our Mental Health Relief Fund, which helps keep therapy affirming, accessible, and within reach. To sustain this care throughout the year, our annual fundraising need is $56,000.

This LOVE season, we invite you to become a recurring donor and help hold this care steady month after month. For the people you love. For the people who are healing. For the people who deserve support and have not always had access to it. For the people we have lost and in memory of their name.

✨ CALL FOR ARTISTS: PARTS PARTY ✨

We’re inviting artists (psst…yes, you’re an artist) to submit work for Parts Party: a mental health destigmatization art show and live experiential therapy event inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) “parts” work.

This experience centers the many parts of ourselves that shape how we survive, feel, protect, love, and heal. We are seeking work that explores the self through a parts-based lens, including inner systems, protector parts, wounded parts, joyful parts, conflicted parts, and the ways these parts coexist, collide, and evolve. All mediums are welcome.

🖌️ Submission deadline: Saturday, 2/28
📣 Notification of acceptance: By 3/8

This project is made possible through the Lead Forward Community Grant, with deep gratitude to Bryanna Bailey, member of the Butler University Lilly Scholar Network ( ), for her support in making this community-centered, healing experience possible.

If your art gives form to parts of yourself that are often unseen, unnamed, or misunderstood, this space is for you.

We are so glad to welcome Megan Moss (she/her), MA, LMHC-A to as a Postgraduate Resident Therapist.

Megan offers therapy for clients ages 12 and up, including individuals, couples, and nontraditional relationship structures. Her work is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens best when people feel truly seen, respected, and accepted as they are.

Megan brings particular care and expertise to working with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent folks, polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships, kink/BDSM-aligned individuals, s*x workers, and others whose identities or relationships are often misunderstood or marginalized. Her approach draws from Relational-Cultural Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, with a strong strengths-based and collaborative foundation.

She will primarily see folks in person from a satellite office in Columbus, Indiana with some Indy hours, too and also offers virtual therapy across the state of Indiana.

She is currently accepting new clients, works on our income-based sliding scale and accepts insurances listed on our website.

We can’t thank The Black Hat Society of Historic Irvington enough for their support in 2025. These funds will subsidize the cost of therapy for people in our community, and it wouldn’t been possible if it weren’t for people like these awesome witches being so generous with their time and abundance.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! 🧹❤️

There are so many gifted psychotherapists in the Indianapolis community—wise, thoughtful humans committed to care and justice. What an honor to be among them.

And the therapists at also know how to have a good time. 💜

At ICC, we believe healing happens best in spaces that are intentional, values-aligned, and joyful. When you step into our depot or connect with one of our clinicians, we hope you feel held, affirmed, and connected.

These photos of some of our therapists from our end-of-year staff gathering capture the joy of being in community so beautifully.

Here’s to our ICC therapists—we truly couldn’t do this work without one another. It’s better as a collective.💜
