Exciting Day at Still Waters!

Today, our talented Art Intern from IUI Herron School of Art + Design, Alix collaborated with caregiver Jim and our wonderful guest, Judy, on a meaningful art project. A special thank you to Judy’s husband Jim for his invaluable support in making this happen!

Alix is hoping to use transference art to help Judy manage her moments of anxiety. By focusing on the peaceful memories from the art project she created with her husband, we hope to calm Judy’s mind and redirect her thoughts away from negativity.

Art has the power to heal, and we’re thrilled to see its impact in action! 🎨💖
