Congratulations Tennah Kamara, LPN/Preceptor, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Tenneh Kamara has been a valued member of the Bethany Village family for the past four years, serving with dedication and heart as an outstanding LPN. Weโ€™re proud to honor her as our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025.

Originally from West Africa, Tenneh brings not only professional expertise but also a deep sense of compassion and warmth that touches everyone she cares for. Beyond her role as a nurse, Tenneh is the proud mother of three boys, and her nurturing spirit shines both at home and in her work. Colleagues describe her as attentive, helpful, and the kind of team player who lifts up everyone around her.

When asked what nursing means to her, Tenneh shared: โ€œI love nursing because it allows me to make a lasting impact in peopleโ€™s lives. Thereโ€™s nothing more rewarding than supporting someone through a difficult condition and watching them regain their strength and confidence. I treasure the journey of uplifting patients and being a constant source of care and encouragement. What makes it even more special is the family like support of my management; they are always there to assist, making every challenge feel manageable. Nursing has been my calling for nearly 30 years, and every day reminds me why I chose this path.โ€

With her gentle spirit and unwavering dedication, Tenneh truly embodies the heart of nursing.
