Congratulations Kimberly Tate, Memory Care Support Specialist, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Kimberlyโs journey in healthcare began over 21 years ago, and in that time, she has touched countless lives through her compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to those she serves.
Kimberly earned her degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Indiana University Bloomington and began her career in long-term care as an activity assistant. Her talent and drive quickly led her to the role of activity director, and she later became a CNA, expanding her ability to care for residents on multiple levels.
Today, Kimberly serves as our Memory Care Support Specialist, a role that perfectly reflects her heart for dementia care and her devotion to the geriatric community. Her love for our residents is evident in everything she does. She has a remarkable gift for connecting with those in her care, often becoming a cherished part of their families. Her tireless advocacy for patient rights and quality of life, combined with her knowledge, empathy, and warmth, make her an irreplaceable part of our team.
To know Kimberly is to witness someone who leads with love, serves with purpose, and inspires with grace.
