Our Memory Care residents got into the Christmas spirit today and helped put up the Christmas tree. It was such a nostalgic moment for them—full of memories, laughter, and joy. They thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it, and our hearts are full! ❤️

Our staff are trained in skilled nursing, senior rehabilitation, and memory care, and provide customizable care for our residents. We are close to emergency health care and a full service hospital – Community Hospital East, with Community East Emergency Room and Indiana Surgery Center East. Rosewalk is within easy access to I-70 and I-465, various shopping centers like Washington Square Mall, churches and restaurants. Our location in Eastside Indianapolis will give you the peace of mind of knowing you are getting high quality care, but are also close to many nearby activities and local attractions. Ask about our Private Rehabilitation Suites offered to short term stay residents, who desire the privacy of their own room.
