Congratulations Anjene Brown, QMA/Preceptor, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

With nearly a decade of experience in senior care, Anjene is known for her calm presence, clinical skill, and unwavering dedication to the residents she serves. Anjene’s passion for caregiving was sparked by a personal experience caring for a loved one. That inspiration grew into a meaningful career marked by compassion, hard work, and a deep commitment to excellence. As a Qualified Medication Aide, she consistently goes above and beyond, always putting the residents first, no matter the circumstance.

She was nominated for the Quest for Excellence Award because of her reliability, selflessness, and the positivity she brings to every shift. Anjene embodies ASC’s core values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence in everything she does. Her approachable nature makes her a trusted colleague and mentor. One teammate shared, “Anjene is always willing to lend a hand and answer any questions that I may have.”

“Anjene is the heartbeat of our community,” adds a supervisor. “Her dedication, kindness, and quiet strength make a lasting impact on everyone around her.”

Outside of work, Anjene enjoys spending time with family and recharging through quiet, meaningful hobbies. Her resident-first approach and caring spirit make her a role model and an essential part of the Spring Mill Meadows family.
