Congratulations Robin Harris, ADNS, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

With more than 18 years’ experience in senior care, Robin joined our team in January 2024. She has consistently demonstrated the highest standards of nursing excellence. Robin exemplifies the true spirit of nursing through her compassionate skilled care and steadfast commitment to the well-being of residents. She serves as a caregiver, trusted advocate, and health educator for residents and families.

Her dedication to nursing fundamentals and unwavering focus on person-centered care are evident in every interaction. Shelly Holland, SLS, says,“ Beyond her clinical excellence, Robin brings irreplaceable energy and warmth. Her sense of humor, delivered through perfectly timed expressions and witty interpretations of our day-to-day routines, brings levity on even the most challenging days. She creates an atmosphere where laughter is shared, and morale is uplifted.”

Robin is the definition of a team player, always ready to lend a hand. Her versatility is especially evident during staff shortagesas she often steps in, working beyond her shifts to ensure residents continue to receive the highest level of care.

What sets Robin apart most is her work ethic and big heart. She is kind, sweet, caring, and tirelessly dedicated. Her quiet strength, dependable nature, and positive spirit make her an invaluable asset to our team and a role model for others.

When asked how she does it? Robin states “God is my strength; he has guided me to help others.” We are proud to honor her with this well-earned recognition.
