Founded in 1983 by Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient Greg Jennings in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tx:Team began with a clear mission: to create a therapist-led environment focused on quality patient care. Our journey started with faith-based retirement communities and has since expanded into delivering high-quality rehab solutions for hospitals and employers. Still privately held and proudly therapist-owned, Tx:Team provides expert physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services nationwide.
