Founded in 1983 by Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient Greg Jennings in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tx:Team began with a clear mission: to create a therapist-led environment focused on quality patient care. Our journey started with faith-based retirement communities and has since expanded into delivering high-quality rehab solutions for hospitals and employers. Still privately held and proudly therapist-owned, Tx:Team provides expert physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services nationwide. We are fiercely independent, highly personal, and deeply committed to clinical excellence. We live our values every day—in service to our patients, our partners, and the communities we serve.
