Saturday at 3pm join Leslie Flowers for a mindfulness workshop where you will learn practical tools you can actually carry into your daily life. Simple, supportive practices to help you feel more grounded and present.

Sunday at 4pm step into a transformational breathwork experience with Dani. This is a powerful space to reset, release, and reconnect with yourself through intentional breathing and guided awareness.

Then close out the weekend with our Sunday Somatics class at 6:15pm, this week led by Raquel. Gentle movement, nervous system care, and a chance to settle your body before the week ahead.

A new week is here, and Sundays are offering something a little different.

Every Sunday evening at 6:15pm we gather for Somatics. This is a practice of slowing down and listening closely to your own body. Through gentle, intentional movement and guided awareness, somatics supports nervous system regulation, releases stored tension, and builds a deeper sense of trust in your physical experience. Nothing is forced and nothing is performed. You move at your own pace, guided by sensation rather than shape.

This class is an invitation to come back into your body in a way that feels honest and supportive. It can help reduce stress, ease chronic tightness, improve mobility, and create more clarity between mind and body. Many students leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more at home within themselves.

If your week has been full, if your body feels like it has been holding a lot, or if you are simply curious about a softer way of moving, this class is here for you. Our role is to hold the space. You choose how you show up and what you tend to.

January is all about giving yourself space.

This month we have a beautiful lineup of workshops and experiences designed to support you wherever you are in your journey. Nothing to fix. Nothing to force. Just opportunities to step in, try something new, and see what resonates.

We are offering a Somatics Workshop and the launch of our new Sunday Somatics class for those curious about building a more conscious relationship with the body and nervous system.

Our Date Night is time well spent. A playful and grounding way to move together, laugh, and share an experience that feels meaningful and nourishing.

Ali is our Sound Bath master invites you to rest, reset, and let your nervous system soften through vibration and stillness.

And for those craving profound regulation, our Yoga Nidra with EMDR and Polyvagal Tapping offers a guided space to downshift, integrate, and support your inner landscape.
