* Choose a brush with soft bristles and a small head. 🦷
* Brush for 2 minutes. ⏱️Use a song, timer, or dance party to brush for 2 full minutes.
* Brush twice a day. ☀️🌙
* Change every 3 months or sooner if the bristles get frayed. 🪥
