Cornerstone Associates, LLC is a leader in providing direct care and support services to individuals

Cornerstone Associates was formed as an LLC in June of 2000. The main goal was to provide individualized supports, exemplary services, and advocacy to individuals with disabilities of all ages, in all environments with the goal of promoting maximum independence, inclusion, and personal choice. We believe that each individual is capable of learning, growing, and developing and that each person possesses unique and valuable gifts upon which meaningful lives can be built. Individuals with disabilities are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect as evidenced through language use, daily interactions, and program decisions. Individuals with disabilities are full participating and contributing members of all facets of their communities in school, work, home, neighborhood, spiritual, and recreational settings. All services reflect community values and lifestyles, support community integration, and respect the integrity of each individual through the principles of positive approaches.
