The middle-of-the-night calls.
The plans you have to change at the last minute.
The constant “on call” feeling that never really shuts off.

The emotional weight you carry.
The stories you witness.
The way you hold space for people in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

So much of what you do unseen. It isn’t always understood.
But it matters.

We acknowledge the time, the energy, and the heart this work takes.
