Please consider giving to our non-profit New Day Indiana! Many therapists working in rural or low income areas cannot afford the expense of EMDR Therapy training. NDI seeks out therapists serving these clients and turns 98% of all donations into stipends that cover 80% of the training cost (Average training is $1,800). 2025 has been a hard year for funding and grants, so we've relied exclusively on private donations. Any amount provides funds toward healing trauma. Please join us!

Our office will be closed Thursday and Friday for the holiday! If you have a session scheduled with your therapist on Thursday or Friday, please reach out to them directly if you're having issues logging in, need to cancel or reschedule, or anything else.

We're looking to hire! If you are experienced with working on insurance claims, billing, and appeals, please reach out to Anna at accounts@indy-counseling.com

A little more about what we're looking for:
Our office bills Major Medical Insurance, Indiana Medicaid, and Indiana Medicare for client services. Sometimes insurance will only pay when we jump through some extra hoops, so we are looking to add someone to our team who is familiar with insurance billing that can help us out! We have a supportive admin team that is taking care of billing, but as we grow, we need more hands on deck!

We are offering a part time position to help boost our current admin team. Work will include problem solving claim denials, keeping up on secondary claims, and maintaining order with Medicaid claims, prior authorizations, and other info.

To our Anthem Clients: We received the estimate of benefits for an Anthem payment sent to us on 9/12/2025. This payment originally did not have a note on who they were actually paying for, so we could not post it to the correct accounts. We have verified that this payment has now been posted to the correct accounts. Thank you for your patience as we worked to get this fixed!
