Reminder if you are coming out to Splash Island Saturday August 10th please use the side entrance as we will pay for you and your family to get into the water park. You must arrive between 10:30-1:00.

All residents please be diligent when you see something out of the normal. Just tonight one of residents saw suspicious activity as a car pulled into a vacant homes garage. IMPD was called and checked it out but the car was not reported stolen yet. 30 minutes later news broke about a car jacking in Avon and it was the car. This is why if you see something say something.

SAVE THE DATE- Our annual community yard sale will be held on June 22nd this year. Sign wills go out later in May promoting this event.

Reminder to everyone, please lock your vehicles to avoid letting someone pilfer through them. At 1:00 AM Friday April 26th two individuals were spotted on camera going through a vehicle on Blade Court in the lakes. It appears there also was a small white SUV that was circling the area working with them. Be diligent and lock up every night! Please report any suspicious activity to IMPD. We have asked for increased patrols and need you help as too often these type of incidents don’t get reported.

Hello community- in preparation for the snow again on Saturday please help our contractor by moving cars into the driveway if at all possible. If not then if you can move them from one side to the other he may be able to get all the streets done. With heavy snowfall expected it will most likely take multiple passes to plow. Also please shovel your sidewalks if you are able to do so. Thanks again and everyone be safe.

Hello All, just a reminder to keep your vehicles locked. Multiple camera’s spotted white male in the area of Hillcot Lane checking car doors between 5-5:30 this morning. Lock it up and keep it safe.

UPDATE- due to the forecast for rain tomorrow the outing at Splash Island scheduled for July 21st is being postponed. the board is meeting Monday and will come up with a new date or event. Please let anyone know that may not be on facebook.

make sure you check the page Saturday prior to heading to Splash Island. the board will make a decision late Friday or early Saturday as the forecast is for rain. If it is raining we will not be set up to pay for entry and will try to come up with a rain date.

save the date. the HOA will again be hosting a day at splash island. we should have the date secured as we are looking at Saturday July 21st. Homeowners and their children will receive admission (as long as dues are current) for a day of sun n fun

we still have a few residents that have not paid their 2018 dues or owe from previous years. Please contact the board to make payment arrangements. we will be evaluating all non paid dues and taking appropriate action if necessary. thank you for your attention to this matter. one suggestion was to publish the list of non paid homeowners. this is not confidential information as everyone that owns a home in our community can see this information upon request.

the board has been looking at road strips to slow down the speed of traffic on New Church. these have been approved and are being ordered. once received they will be installed in 3 sections along new church.

Have been asked a few times so i thought i would update the round a bout as we know now. Work is underway and the expected date of completion is July 23rd. traffic is diverted and the city did a nice job honoring our request to close traffic to avoid New Church and Scotland from becoming a cut thru. If you notice extra traffic please notify us so we can pass it along to the city. also please note the sidewalk along morris and bridgeport will be modified to allow room for the roundabout.
