Stop "living with" the shooting pain. ⚡️

The sciatic nerve is the longest and thickest nerve in the body. Sciatica is a signal from your body that something is pressing on this nerve. Whether it’s from sitting too long or a tight piriformis muscle, it's hard to just "tough it out."

Try these tips for immediate relief:

The Seated Figure-4: While sitting, cross your ankle over your opposite knee and lean forward with a flat back. You’ll feel the release right where the nerve usually gets pinched.

Alternate Your Posture: If you sit for work, set a timer for every 30 minutes to stand up and do a gentle standing back extension.

Ice the "Source": If the pain is sharp, apply an ice pack to your lower glute/hip area for 15 minutes to reduce nerve inflammation.

Pro Tip: Try "Nerve Flossing" 🧬

Think of this as dental floss for your leg. Instead of a deep stretch, gently "glide" the nerve by straightening your leg and looking up, then bending your ankle and looking down. This helps the nerve slide through the muscle without getting caught. Keep it smooth, never painful!
