⭐️⭐️⭐️Anderson - weekday evenings 4p-12a and weekends 8a-4p & 4p-12a (available to work 16-hour shifts on the weekends if you would like). FT/PT positions are available.

⭐️⭐️⭐️Carmel - weekends 8a-4p & 4p-12a

⭐️⭐️⭐️Greenwood - weekday evenings 4p-12a (medical experience is needed)

Other locations available for both FT/PT: Greenfield, Shelbyville, Indianapolis, and other surrounding areas.

No overnight (3rd shift) availability is available as of now. You can still apply; just be aware that we do not have current openings for this specific shift at this time.

In this season of thanksgiving, we wanted to take a moment to share with the world what we’re thankful for here at CISS.

We are, of course, thankful for the people we serve and the many ways they bring purpose, light and joy to our lives. However, we’re most thankful for our direct support professionals (DSPs) and all they do for the people we serve. They are our heart and soul.

DSPs give up their holidays because help with daily living doesn’t stop for holidays. They prepare meals, including holiday meals, for those who aren’t visiting family or have no family to visit.

We appreciate our DSPs. They’re compassionate, hardworking, loving and committed to the people they serve. They’re who we’re most thankful for in this season of thanksgiving.

We couldn’t do what we do without them.

October 10th is World Mental Health Day. Here at CISS, we take mental health seriously. We recognize that mental health affects everyone at some point in their lives, whether through personal experience or an experience with a relative, friend, etc. We pride ourselves on looking at the big picture when our employees are affected and how best we can support them during difficult times. Struggling with mental health is nothing to be ashamed of.

We here at CISS strive to do our part to normalize the conversation, educate on how to identify and ask for help, and connect anyone going through a difficult time with resources to help them. All employees have access to an employer-paid service through First Stop Health which covers medical and mental health treatment through their telehealth program. If you are currently struggling with mental health, do not stay silent. We all have a story, and your story is safe here. Your journey is your own, but you don’t have to go alone.
