One of the advantages of Graston Technique® instruments is how they help clinicians assess tissue restrictions.

When the instrument glides across the skin, clinicians can sense subtle changes in the texture of the tissue beneath the tool—often detecting restrictions in a way that’s difficult to feel with hands alone.

This allows practitioners to:
• Identify areas of restriction
• Apply targeted treatment
• Reassess how the tissue responds

That assess → treat → reassess process is a core part of the Graston Technique approach.

If you’re interested in learning how clinicians apply these methods in practice, our Essential Self-Paced Graston Technique® Training is currently available at a special rate.

First, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at CSM 2026 and entered our Free Training Giveaway. We loved connecting with so many passionate clinicians and future clinicians who are committed to elevating patient care.

We’re excited to announce that this year’s winner is Breanna Jeske, SPT!

Breanna is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student with a strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and working with the amputee population. Her passion for physical therapy began at just ten years old after her father experienced a life-altering lower extremity amputation. Witnessing his rehabilitation journey firsthand gave her a deep appreciation for the profound impact physical therapy can have on restoring independence, mobility, and quality of life.

Her father’s long rehabilitation journey continues to shape her professional goals and fuels her commitment to serving individuals with limb loss.

Breanna is especially passionate about helping individuals with amputations regain functional mobility, build confidence, and return to meaningful activities. She values evidence-based practice, hands-on manual therapy techniques, and patient education as key components of successful rehabilitation. As a future clinician, she is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care that empowers patients throughout every stage of recovery — and to lifelong learning as she refines her clinical skills.

Breanna, we are honored to support your journey and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make in the profession.

To everyone who participated — thank you again. If you didn’t win this time, stay tuned for future opportunities, upcoming trainings, and ways to continue advancing your clinical expertise with Graston Technique.

Congratulations, Breanna! 👏
