Just a friendly PSA:

We have entered into health insurance open enrollment time. 🥳 It might be a good time to select a flexible spending account (FSA) to help pay for out of pocket medical expenses (co-pays, prescription costs, meeting your deductible, out of network expenses etc.) You can apply up to $2,750 of your untaxed income to go to this account.

I have found both personally and professionally that it’s a helpful way to pay for mental health care (and other things).

If you have any questions about these accounts I will try to help you find the answers. And as always, if you have any questions about mental health care please feel free to ask.

**Important Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update**

I have been keeping a close eye on best practices and protocols issued by the CDC, and state and local health departments regarding Covid-19. Information has been changing and escalating quickly and it is for that reason that I have decided to continue to provide services by telehealth. I will begin to use, SecureVideo, a HIPAA compliant web based video platform for all counseling sessions starting Tuesday March 17th.

If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled, I will be in touch shortly to discuss next steps.
