Chief of IT and Informatics, Tom Arkins, joined EMS leadership from across the nation for EMS On The Hill Day last week. Converging in Washington, D.C., they unified their voices, shared experiences, and prepared for crucial meetings on Capitol Hill with members of Congress. Indianapolis EMS is proud that Tom was able to represent first responders across Indiana to advocate and strengthen EMS!
