When somebody is going through something that's really deep and traumatic, all you need to do is be there for them energetically and say, "I'm here for you. If you need a shoulder to cry on, you can use mine. If you need to talk, I'm here. If you need space, you can have space." Remember that it's not about you. It's about them. 💛💛

I’ve worked many traditional, 9-5 office based jobs, but they were all before I got diagnosed with ADHD! 🎨 ⁣

I used to feel so much shame over jumping from job to job, and for finding it hard to form close friendships (outside of the office). I’d start a new job so excited, but feel bored within a few months. ⁣⁣
