nutrition and fitness coach. For the past six (6) years, she has assisted a large diverse population in weight loss, muscle
gain, and overall health. Her consistency in instructive regiments has resulted in quick,
efficient toning by creating convenient and practical approaches to fitness. Ward trains clients in-person (mobile) and remotely (virtual) via text, phone, and
applications. She adapts her nutritional training to allow for self-determination by clients
who chose to remain with their chosen “diet trends” like: Keto, Slim-Fast, Noom, Weight
Watchers, and Adkins. By working with client choice, she is committed to the goal of a
program that works for each individual. Graduating in 1996, her career path began in medicine and documentation. Within the
healthcare system, she has served in dietary services, supervised Medical Records, and had
temporary assignments with physicians, dietitians, sports medicine specialists, home health
care, physical therapists and administrators. Those twenty (20 years) in health and wellness
have grounded her for this current endeavor. On a personal level, in 2008 she suffered an ankle injury, fracturing her tibia and fibula which
resulted in limited mobility and daily pain. Not having a program which worked with her
physical limitations resulted in a 30+ pound weight gain. Ward was inspired to develop a
program that worked with the needs and limitations of herself and her clients. Understanding
the importance of proper movements, the impact of exercises on the body, and the value of
proper nutrition she assembled a cadre of effective ways to work with client strengths and
limitations. She believes every individual can have an active, healthy, quality lifestyle and
have pride in their physical appearance. In 2015 with her adaptive, individualized model of nutrition and fitness, she applied those
disciplines to her personal weight loss journey, resulting in a 50+ pound weight loss and
sustained fitness. What she experienced inspired her passion to serve persons for whom
traditional programs were not sustainable. Ward is energetic, motivational, and
provides easy access to individualized services while making it challenging, doable and fun
