Today we had the pleasure of hosting middle school students from St. Malachy who helped with setup for our very first Damar Party Club Winter Formal, taking place tomorrow.

Their kindness, hard work, and positive attitudes made a real difference and reminded us how powerful community support can be. We’re thankful for their help and for the part they played in setting the stage for a night our clients will truly enjoy.

Damar is proud to introduce the 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦, a new, no-cost support service for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families and caregivers.

When challenges feel overwhelming or a situation begins to escalate, our trained professionals are ready to provide immediate, compassionate support. The Damar Response Team offers short-term intervention focused on stabilization, de-escalation, and connecting families to the right next steps.

Damar Health Services clinic and pharmacy will close at noon tomorrow, 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟏, and will be closed on 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏, in observance of New Year’s Day.

We will reopen on 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐, with normal business hours to continue serving our patients and community.
