A huge congratulations to Damar’s own 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭 for competing in the Indiana Pork “Taste of Elegance” event!

Hosted at the iconic Indiana Roof Ballroom in downtown Indianapolis, the evening brought together Indiana’s top chefs, pork producers, agricultural leaders and tastemakers for an unforgettable showcase of culinary creativity and competition.

Chef Brian represented Damar with excellence, preparing Candied Cured Pork Belly with Calabrian chili jam and micro arugula — a bold, beautifully balanced dish that highlighted both craftsmanship and innovation.

Our new cafeteria tables are already making a difference — creating a more welcoming, comfortable space where our kids can gather, connect, and enjoy their meals together. The excitement was real as they checked out the new seating and tried it out for the first time. Small changes can make a big impact on how kids feel throughout their day.

Damar leaders and staff had a blast attending the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce’s Totally Excellent Annual Dinner and Awards. The Wayne’s World theme delivered all the fun, energy, and nostalgia—Wayne County style.
