Hairloss is Genetic.

In some instances, this is the case but not all.

Shedding =Hairloss.

Normal shedding of 25-100 hairs/day doesn't indicate Hairloss.

More hair growth products are the solution to hair loss.

More products can not only make the condition worse but is like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound.

You must address the root cause of hairloss in order to properly treat it.

In order to properly address hairloss, you need to be assessed by a Board Certified Hairloss Practioner or Tricologist that can gelp you heal internally so that your hair can grow.

Wellness Wednesday:

Moringa oleifera aka "miracle tree" or "tree of life"

A fast-growing, drought-resistant tree native to the sub-Himalayan regions of India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.

It has been used for thousands of years in traditional medicine (Ayurveda) and as a crucial food source, with nearly all parts—leaves, pods, seeds, bark, and flowers—offering nutritional and medicinal value.

Fun Fact: Ancient Egyptians used moringa oil ("Ben oil") for skin protection and perfume.

Malnutrition Fighter: Historically and currently used to combat malnutrition due to high concentrations of protein, vitamins (A, C), and minerals (calcium, potassium).

Ayurvedic Medicine: Traditionally used in India to manage up to 300 diseases, including asthma, diabetes, arthritis, and skin infections.

Parts Used:
Leaves, Seeds, Root, and Bark.

Contraindications and Safety Precautions
Pregnancy:

Pregnant women should avoid using root, bark, or flower extracts, as they may cause uterine contractions.

Medication Interactions: Moringa may interact with medications, specifically those metabolized by the liver (cytochrome P450 family) and potentially reduce the effectiveness of diabetes medications like Sitagliptin.

Excessive Intake: Overconsumption can cause laxative effects.

Root Toxicity: While leaves are safe, roots contain alkaloids that can be harmful.
