Sunflower Yoga Mission Statement �:

Yoga has transformed my life in more than just a physical way. It has truly helped me release negative energy, stress, and emotions trapped within my body. I want to teach yoga because I see so many black women always looking for ways to positively deal with stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues; or just not dealing with it at all because they are too busy taking care of others. Through Sunflower Yoga, I want to provide a daily healing tool black women can use to:
* Create greater self-love
* Improve self-care
* Release Stress and Anxiety
* Improve their emotional health
* Discover one's true whole self
