Really excited to share that next week, Charla will facilitate a workshop as part of the PESI Clinical Supervision Summit.

This session will focus on how we can intentionally support professional identity development in our supervisees. As a result of the experience developing the Our Therapy Lab program, we have developed an understanding of how essential it is for supervision to extend beyond clinical skills and include the development of the professional self. This work directly shapes how therapists show up, make meaning, and engage with those they serve.
