I don’t even know that person on the left. TBH. I was starving myself, doing cardio constantly, and wanting so bad to change my body type instead of embrace it. Whew silly things we do when we are 20-something.. 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

There isn’t a successful person out there who hasn’t made mistakes.
Trust me, we’ve all been there. 🥴
This entire workout was cringey af to watch but I was in there doing my best and THAT IS WHAT GOT ME HERE. ✊🏽 I even had a few laughs and look at the differences. Motivation to keep going. 😅
The hardest part is getting started but It’ll get better with time. So just do it. You got this!

Ladies, if your goal is to get/stay thick... just straight cardio ain’t it. 🙅🏽‍♀️
Don’t get me wrong. We gone do our cardio sis. But we gotta be smart with it.
We gotta lift weights — you won’t get bulky. You WONT! — this is THE WORST THING that ever happened to women’s fitness. 🙄
And most importantly, we gotta be patient. Good things take time. ⏰
If your sole focus is to lose weight by any means, your results will mostly likely reflect that. 👎🏽

Let’s talk about ✨CELLULITE✨....
Drop a ✊🏽 if you have cellulite.
✅A large percentage of women (and some men) experience cellulite. It is NORMAL.
✅Cellulite has nothing to do with toxins and very little to do with diet but is actually little pockets of fat that are trapped in the layer of the “skin” that is called fascia.
✅Studies have shown that this is very much genetics if you get it or not, although.. the “cause” of this is unknown.
👉🏽BUT HOW DO WE FIX IT?!
The best thing you can do for cellulite is to strength and resistance train... you know why? 🤔
Because when you lose fat and build muscle it tightens and smooths the skin. 😅
I have been cutting a little over one full week and here’s the before and after. What do y’all think?! 👇🏽
I’m down almost 8lbs between the two pictures. Yes, only 8lbs! And only about about 12 since giving birth. 🙃
The biggest different between the two is the amount of “belly bloat” (as my diet is clean and I’m drinking a TON of water) and the reduction of cellulite on my lower body. 👀
