Congratulations to Nicole Roth! Join us in celebrating Nicole as she recently obtained her Health Facility Administrator license!

Nicole joined the CarDon family in September 2021, bringing with her a master’s degree in social work and a deep passion for helping others. She began her journey as a Social Service Director before entering the Administrator-In-Training (AIT) program, where she continued to grow her leadership skills and commitment to resident care. After recently completing all required testing, Nicole officially earned her Health Facility Administrator license.

Throughout her career, Nicole has specialized in geriatrics and alcohol/addiction, combining her professional expertise with a strong desire to serve both residents and her community. Reflecting on this milestone, Nicole shared, “I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and excited for my future.” Outside of work, her greatest accomplishment is her 13-year-old son, Kingston, and together they enjoy traveling and trying new things.

Congratulations again, Nicole! We’re thankful for your dedication and look forward to all the great things you accomplish with us at CarDon!
