Congratulations to Justin Thurston! Join us in celebrating Justin as he recently obtained his Health Facility Administrator license!
Justin has been with the CarDon family since February 2022 as the Director of Social Services at Arbor Trace, where he has made a meaningful impact by supporting and advocating for residents every day. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor, bringing valuable experience and compassion into the skilled nursing environment, an area that was new to him at the time but quickly became a passion.
With strong personal ties to the field, including family members who have worked or currently work in skilled nursing facilities, Justin’s journey has been both professional and personal. His time at Arbor Trace has been incredibly rewarding, and he looks forward to continuing to serve residents in a new capacity as a licensed Health Facility Administrator.
