Kevin Harden (inmate #10210-028) is fighting for his life in federal prison.
Kevin is serving a 30-year sentence for a non-violent cannabis offense and has already spent over 14 years behind bars. During his incarceration, he has suffered multiple open-heart surgeries and serious ongoing medical complications.
Recently, Kevin was hospitalized multiple times after experiencing dangerously unstable blood clotting levels and seizures. His IN level was over 10, which places him at extreme risk for internal bleeding, stroke, or death. After being discharged, he reportedly was not given his seizure medication, and shortly afterward, he collapsed and had another seizure while on the phone with his wife.
His wife has now gone days without hearing from him, again.
Kevin's situation is extremely urgent, and we are asking for emergency clemency so he can receive proper medical care an return home to his family before it is too late.

Senate Bill 250 is RACING ahead—cleared committee, now in Appropriations. If passed, intoxicating h**p like Delta-8 gets BANNED July 1, 2026 (NOT November)! This crushes small biz, jobs, and choices while Big Pharma cashes in.
But for low-THC products (under 0.3% THC, like CBD): You’ll need permits from the Alcohol & To***co Commission (ATC) to stay legal. Here’s the breakdown:
• Manufacturer Permit: $1,000/year, must operate in Indiana, buy h**p from licensed growers, background checks required (no major convictions in 5 years), over 21, and more. 
• Distributor Permit: $750/year, buy only from permitted manufacturers, sell to retailers, same background & age reqs.
