Most highway and trucking programs will operate without interruption because they receive funding from the Highway Trust Fund and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act rather than annual appropriations. Federal law also requires agencies to maintain functions that protect life and property.

Our History:

Indiana Testing Inc. (ITI) is a national substance abuse and transportation solution provider founded in 1992.

Since our founding, Indiana Testing Inc. (ITI) has provided drug and alcohol services for over 25 years. Over the years, we’ve evolved to meet the needs of our diverse client base, which includes trucking companies, law enforcement agencies, state and municipal governments, manufacturing companies, and student testing. ITI offers a full range of services to better help our clients manage their substance abuse testing programs.
